WOMEN IN BUSINESS

AUTHOR

Alinda Lewris was team leader and co-author of International Protocol, 1st Edition of the Convention Industry Council (CIC) International Manual, released in June 2005.  She worked closely with industry experts such as Roger Axtell, Letitia Baldrige, and Dr. P.M. Forni (Professor, Johns Hopkins University) on this collaborative global publication.  International Protocol is also an industry resource for the 2008 Edition.  Today, this publication continues to serve as an excellent resource for professionals worldwide.

INTERNATIONAL PROTOCOL
The CIC International Manual was written by a team of industry leaders with extensive knowledge and experience in the international arena. This contribution made the manual possible. Their efforts bridged time zones and international cultures to develop a comprehensive survey of global events.

INTERNATIONAL MANUAL

The Convention Industry Council Manual, 8th Edition, is a valuable tool for industry professionals and is widely recognized as the most comprehensive resource available for managing the basic components of a successful meeting.  Written by some of America's leading meeting, convention and exhibition-planning professionals, the manual contains detailed information about how to effectively organize, plan, publicize, manage and budget for group events of any size.  This step-by-step working guide also features an extensive collection of checklists, forms and an extensive glossary of industry terms.
